Simon and Louise Tingley: husband and wife, directors, and the heart behind Neways Group Ltd.
We lead with over 45 years experience in building, renovation, interior design, and project leadership. But more than that, we lead with people-first values, practical wisdom, and a passion for raising the standard of what good building work should look - and feel - like.

Based in Norfolk, we offer a full range of high-quality home renovation services across Norwich, South Norfolk, North Suffolk, Broadland, Breckland, and surrounding regions. Simon brings decades of hands-on expertise and a Master Builder accreditation, shaped by years of delivering high-end work for clients like Sir Elton John, Sir Paul McCartney, Heather Mills, and the Aspinall family (of wildlife and zoo conservation fame); projects that demanded absolute discretion, precision, and top-tier execution in London, Mayfair, Windsor, and beyond.
Louise, who already holds several credentials, is currently studying for a BA (Hons) Interior Design with the National Design Academy, De Montfort University, further enhancing our turnkey service offering. She also proudly serves on the Federation of Master Builders Training Committee - a voice for raising standards and championing skilled trades across the industry.
Both Simon and Louise have been invited to attend the 2025 Spring Parliamentary Reception at the House of Lords, supporting the critical national campaign for a UK builder licensing scheme - protecting homeowners and tradespeople alike, and improving safety across the entire industry board.
