They say “Many hands make light work”, and over the past twelve to eighteen month we have not had enough hands to keep up with the workload!
If you are a qualified plumber, electrician, carpenter, or multi-skilled tradesperson (evidenced) willing to put in the time and energy, we’re looking to grow our little “family”.
Like all families, we understand, value and appreciate that at times there may be a little ‘sibling rivalry’, clashes of ego and personalities which can be easily overcome, but we do have some core values that the right person must demonstrate.
You must have a keen eye for fine detail and quality workmanship, and have (time served or qualified) knowledge, skill and experience across multiple building trades including Carpentry, Door hanging, Kitchen Fitting, Tiling, Painting & Decorating, Gardening & Hard Landscaping, and be willing to take on Labouring Tasks.
You should have your own tools (although some will be provided if/when needed), and you must have a reliable vehicle.
Don’t even consider applying if you are prone to violent outbursts. The person(s) we are looking for will remain calm in challenging situations, and will listen to hear not rebut! You must be able to respectfully respond to correction, have good social interaction skills, and engage with clients and colleagues with respect and understanding. We have zero tolerance for any form(s) of deception and/or manipulation, and will not have those traits within our company. The people we partner with, will have a character above reproach, and be honest, reliable and trustworthy in all actions.
You will be expected to participate in regular team meetings, performance reviews, and uphold our family values and company ethos.
