Recognised Nationally. Trusted Locally: Why Our Standards Set Us Apart

🏛️ At Neways Group Ltd, we’re proud to share that we’ve been invited to attend the Federation of Master Builders’ Spring Parliamentary Reception 2025 at the House of Lords, hosted by Lord Best and sponsored by the People’s Partnership.

This event will shine a spotlight on a cause we care deeply about—raising industry standards through a licensing scheme for UK builders. It's an honour to be part of the national conversation on how we can better protect homeowners, elevate our industry, and champion competence and accountability in domestic construction.

🌟 A Local Company with National Recognition

Norfolk may be a “small place”, but our values and standards go far beyond our local vicinity. Being acknowledged at this national level highlights something we’ve always believed: doing things the right way matters.

While many builders can call themselves “qualified” without any formal accreditation, we hold ourselves to a measurable and transparent standard, something our clients not only appreciate but rely on. Our membership with the Federation of Master Builders (FMB) and our commitment to team development speak volumes about how we work and who we are.

💷 Why Our Pricing Reflects Value, Not Just Cost

We won’t ever be “the cheapest” quote or builder, and that’s intentional. Our pricing reflects the value, quality, and peace of mind we bring to every project. When you choose Neways Group Ltd, you’re not just paying for materials and labour; you’re investing in:

  • Clear communication at every stage

  • Trusted, qualified tradespeople

  • Dedicated project oversight

  • High standards of health & safety

  • Respectful, tidy worksites

  • Proper waste disposal and environmental care

  • Fully insured, licensed, and transparent service

  • A customer care process that continues even after completion

Unlike “cowboy builders” or even well-meaning but unstructured operators, we deliver a start-to-finish service built on integrity and accountability.

🛠️ Standards Included in Every Project

No matter the size of your project, whether it's a bathroom refresh, a full home renovation, or a loft conversion, we apply the same consistent standards across the board:

  • Written, detailed quotations with a clear scope of work

  • Dedicated site lead or project manager

  • Pre-agreed timelines and scheduling

  • Health & safety assessments and risk mitigation

  • Clean handover and final snag review

  • Warranty and aftercare support

We believe every client deserves a premium experience, regardless of the size or scale of their project. That’s why our rates aren’t based solely on time and materials; they’re structured to reflect the professionalism, protection, and polish you get with every Neways project.

Louise Tingley

I help support small business owners through unique, music, aromatherapy and scent marketing techniques.

I started my first 6-figure business in the music industry in my teen years, before studying a BA in Music (Opera Performance) with a minor in Music Education. Over the course of the next 15 -20 years, I immersed myself into the world of Music Therapy, which further lead to my intrigue and fascination with Aroma Therapy, and in more recent years, the art of perfumery.

I have been privileged enough throughout my career to have been able to work with Tony, Grammy, ARIA and BAFTA award winning writers, performers and producers.

I have a track record of helping sole traders and micro-companies create 6 and 7 figure businesses working from home.
